See my kernel config based on the one that gust4voz sent here http://leah.haifa.ac.il/~leon/.config-linux-2.6.17-rc3-mm1-280r.txt

What is the problem here?
May be some kernel configuration or I should install some additional software (like hal....)?

Hello All,

Found this reply of Andrew Morton on some list, that clims that there is no problem with this (http://www.ussg.iu.edu/hypermail/linux/kernel/0307.3/2139.html):

Quote:

Please just ignore them. They are noise arising from the new readahead
behaviour in the block layer.

So, I hope there is no actual problem according to the above passage.
