Changing or making cusomized Windowmaker Dockapps for fluxbo

Hi all.
I just got my hacked version of Temperature.app working the right way.
I customized its size for running in my fluxbox slit above my fluxter.
I dont like the big size of the standard dockapps (64x64) and the temp mis now running in a 32wx12h little box, sitting on top of my non standard size fluxter.
I tried the standard bbtools and stuff, but they dont look right.
I want to know how to make my own customsize dockapps for Windowmaker so I can use em in fluxbox. I am now looking for something on how to put the time in the same look as my temp app. Does anyone know any tutorials on how to start ??
I dont like to use the classes, and the setup of temperature.app (http://www.fukt.hk-r.se/~per/temperature/) is nice. Only in my case, I only use the -s and the -f flags, because the rest dont fit in there.

I need a basic prog that will make me an xpm based dockapp that I can easely change size for, and that would have an area in there where I can mess around to put my output in (first prog is a clock, then date, netmon, memmon)
I know that gkrellm does something like that too, but when set on a 32 wide size, it doesnt look right.

(if someone has tutorials or basic codesetup for bbtools, that would also be nice, since then it is changable with the themes of fluxbox, instead of changing the xpm colour)
