My system is a Pentium 4 with 3.0 GB EM64t processor with 512 MB Ram.

which version will be the best for me. Please also give me the link.

Short answer: EMT64 is the same as amd64.

Intel copied amds instruction set after microsoft told them they would not use an incompatible instruction set in its operating systems for their Intel's 64 bit x86. This was about 2 years after amd64 was introduced. Any minor differences between the chips are worked out using the correct cflags for your chip.
