Is it possible to install OpenGL in vmware (5.5.1) workstation? I want to play OpenGL games in my virtual Windows XP computer

AFAIK there isn't any OpenGL acceleration. There is a hidden, unsupported secret option for Direct3D acceleration, but it didn't work very well when I tried it.
