The answer to this question im sure is rather simple... I want to edit /etc/profile.env and i want my changes to stay. Particulary im changing all info related to JAVA env's. /etc/profile.env keeps reverting to Blackdown insteed of the new Sun Java paths ive changed. please advise. thanks!

Use java-config. For the larger issue, make or edit things in /etc/env.d. _________________ For every higher wall, there is a taller ladder |
