FREE music-maker programs in Gentoo?

Well, my question is, there is a music-maker program for Linux, somethign like fruity loops?.
If yes, which one.

If you mean creating music on linux - you should check out a distro that is used for this purpose. After you check them out - you probably will be able to install them from portage. Also check out the portage website and look in media-sound category ( http://www.gentoo-portage.com/ )

EDIT: ops, sorry - I forgot to mention the name of the distro: http://www.dynebolic.org/ - havent tried it, but sounds cool.

EDIT2: just found another distro: http://swik.net/multimedia it has a listing of programs - you can use it to install on gentoo
