Hi there,
to be totally independent of Windows, I need a tool which can open *.pgd files. I mounted and encrypted virtual drives in Windows via PGP Disk but couldn't find any linux based tool which can deal with these files.
GnuPG isn't as powerful as PGP yet |

Keywords to search on would be loopback encryption, opencrypt...
(I use PGD files on my WinXP laptop as well. I haven't gone looking for a replacement on the Gentoo side. I *highly* doubt there is anything that will open the PGD files, but you can probably get equivalent functionality using other packages in Linux. The PGD files are not open-spec.) |
