I get a bunch of

in dmesg when I stream mp3s and stuff over samba, what is wrong?
The music seems okey when I listen to it except some times when XMMS dies, i've read that error 4294966784 is file does not exist and stuff
but I can asure the file is there all the time  |

i'm wondering if that clamav (anti-virus) has anything to do with it. I'm in the middle of a samba install, and have wondered about this clamav thing.

| Did some googling, and note I've never experienced an error like this before, so I could be wrong, but from what I can gather in google results is that something is wrong with your smbfs module in your kernel. Every reference to an smb_file_read error on Google is attributed to linux filesystem sites and mailing lists. So maybe one place to look is your kernel. Worth a closer look. |
