While emerging gnome applets I got the following error:
Quote:

I searched around for access violation error, but found no solution. Does anyone know anything about this one?

Have you tried re-emerging gnome-doc-utils?

I did, and this solved the problem. Thanks.

This looks like a dependency bug that it's still arround ... !! Just bumped on it by a revdep-rebuild !!

I got the same error while emerging gedit.
But, emerging gnome-doc-utils solved the problem.

I've got a fair number of ebuilds that all fail in similar ways. For example, here is how gedit fails to build:

Examining /var/log/sandbox/sandbox-app-editors_-_gedit-2.14.3-15754.log isn't very helpful:

I tried emerging gnome-doc-utils but that didn't change anything.
