I think I've read all the posts related to NetworkManager and DHCP and some seem to have similar problems, but I can't find a solution.

NetworkManager is starting my netgear wireless card, finding the network, but not giving me a valid IP address. It just times out and gives me some crap IP address.
I copied the dhclient-script.sample to /sbin/dhclient-script, configured the dbus config files (hopefully properly).

Here's what I have installed:
dhcdbd 1.9
NetworkManager 0.5.1

Code:

Can you get it to work without NM, that is by
Code:

# /etc/init.d/net.eth1 start
# dhcpcd eth1

(where eth1 is of course to be replaced by your card's device id)?

Another thing is, according to your logs NM tries to go Wireless via eth0 - is that on purpose? Normally eth0 is the primary ethernet adapter, i.e. a wired connection. That's okay of course if you don't have an eth card or don't have the driver loaded.

I compiled ethernet as a module, so yes eth0 is right. Also, when i run /etc/init.d/net.eth0 start it does start. I don't need to manually run dhcpcd either.
