My emerge of prelink fails with the errors below.

Anyone know why?

well Since noone has any ideas, I just decided to take a guess and assume it might have soemting to do wit the prelink dependencies.. I'm not usre which one though, so I just did an emerge -e prelink. It's compiling a lot of stuff, so by tomorrow morning, I hsould know if it worked :)

Well The emerge -e prelink did nothing but waste my time. Still the same problem :(

Any ideas at all?

Hmm Thats wierd. Emerge -s shows a different version on my computer, and this is the one that fails to emerge.

It seems the version you have installed is masked. How do I go about emergin a masked ebuild?
