i have the following problem regarding pure-ftpd
virtual users are enabled (-l puredb:xxx)
and a chrooted virtual user (test) created with UID:ftp and home /home/ftp/test
when user 'test' uploads a file to his home, it is owned by ftp:ftp, which is right.
but when i create a file in /home/ftp/test that is owned by root (with no write permissions for users), user 'test' still is able to delete it.
Can anybody confirm this? I know I can turn of deleting globally (with -K) but the user should not be able to delete files owned by root, even when they are in his home dir, right? _________________ Never throw off the Emperor's Groove! |
