spamassassin 3.0.4 segfaults

For the last few days, I have been getting constant segfaults while using spamassassin.
I have re-installed spamassassin, perl, all the modules used by spamassassin, upgraded to mysql 5... And I still get the segfaults..
I am not sure what else to try, or what information exactly to include in this message..

Versions:
MySQL: 5.0.15
Perl: 5.8.7-r1
SpamAssassin: 3.0.4

Any help, pointers, etc would be greatly appreciated..
