is it possible to disable group view alltogether, i only use 1 group so having General at the top pushing all my buddies over a tab space is useless.
hope you understand what i mean

e.g. how msn does the group into online/offline, not groups of people..

i hate that view

A solution would be to place all your contacts is one group, enable the "Show Offline Buddies" from the menu and then in the "Buddy List" section of preferences change the buddy list sorting to "By Status". This should give the desired result. If not please elaborate on what you want.

it still states the group at the top..
