help with print sharing

hey everyone,

Okay i need some help with print sharing.My desktop running gentoo has a printer attached to it,using cups.it works fine.What i want to do is allow my laptop to share the printer.Ive read the tutorials about sharing with samba but i cant seem to get it to work.what is the easiest way to share my printer attached to my desktop with my laptop?anyone have suggestions or a link to a tutorial.

Used the actual pc name instead of a name for printerserver. lmfao that was confusing me.the printserver is the actual machine.Im always making dumb mistakes like that.
