Hi.
I have just manually installed Mesa-5.0. Bu I still get the same error when configuring tuxracer:

Now... I have glx.h in the following directories:

/usr/local/include/GL/glx.h
/root/mesa/Mesa-5.0/include/GL/glx.h

Now - some of these glx.h's defines
GlXGetProcAddressARB
and some don't... now - how do I set my OpenGL directory?

Don't know how to set "the" GL directory, but IMHO your Mesa installation is the source of trouble.
I don't have Mesa and emerged tuxracer-0.61-r2 without error recently.
Do you really need Mesa ?
