How to get fun new cursors?

in one of the xfree 4.3 prereleases i had some excellent large transparent cursors. now with the final 4.3 release they are gone. how do i get them back?

edit /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/icons/default/index.theme The theme your talking about is whiteglass i think.

Yes, it's whiteglass (note: after you edit the file, the changes will be applied to any new programs you run). Redglass is the same thing in red, and handhelds is redglass but much smaller. Does anyone know why this was removed in 4.3.0? I thought it was a nice change after getting used to how large they were.

They are still there...I am using Whiteglass at the moment.
I just put:

export XCURSOR_THEME="whiteglass"

in my .bashrc. Works like a charm, although there might be a better way to do the same thing. Enjoy
