/hi folks. quite some time ago when i first installed torsmo i had to scrap my desire to haave it monitor the battery. lately however, i have been becoming more and more frustrated with the lack of a monitor. i tried to follow a few suggestions that i found on other threads to no avail. i am now wondering if anyone has seen a good solid 'how to' on the issue or if i should scrap torsmo altogether and use conky. any ideas? as always, thanks in advance. |

I'd definately scrap and move to conky; more up-to-date and is actively maintained. |

I've never messed with the battery. It looks like the syntax is "${battery BAT1}", but I'm sure that was the obvious part. I'd hit up either the conky thread here or check out sourceforge.net as a lot of the discussion has been moved there. Good luck. |

I had no problem setting up torsmo to monitor my battery,
did the trick, you can also tell it which battery, it defaults to BAT0 |
