sometimes during emerge <ebuild> or emerge -u world
u get important *messages on how to fix certain things

is there a way I can view those messages after the emerge is done and u close the console( in case u want me to scroll)

As far as I know, you can just "less foobar-2.ebuild" and read it. Most important messages are located in there, unless it was the source code that gave them, but most ebuilds are setup nicely.
