konqueror not deleting its tmp files

Yesterday I noticed my HD is full for no apparent reason. So I started looking around untill I found /tmp/kde-rapsey. It had more than 20GB of data in it. It was full of movies and various documents that I have seen in the last few months. I deleted all of it, but today I went to check it again and it already had 400MB of stuff in it.
Why is konqueror not deleting this stuff? Is there some option somewhere that I have missed?

Since no one else has any ideas, you can always work around the problem if not fix it. There are two packages in Portage which will keep your temp directories clean.
