could anyone suggest me a software to edit MBR?
i've got two drives, the first has got gentoo and its MBR is okay. but the second one has got few partitions, one is for windows and another for /home. this place for /home partition had been use by FreeBSD before, so if i boot from this windows drive, i have boot option to start FreeBSD that doesn't exist. how can i remove it?

Boot the Windows CD and enter rescue mode.
Then run fixmbr to re-install a Windows MBR on the drive.

No-one in their right mind edits an MBR ;-)
