Hi all,
I just want to share this and see if it only happens on my box. Previous releases of firefox (0.8 last good) worked fine, but every new version of firefox (1.04 current) I emerge works slower and slower. Not to mention that ctrl+n takes 10 seconds just to open new window. Just to check that I am not imagining things I emerged Mozilla-bin, and it was blazing fast compared to firefox I compiled with tweaked cpu flags, ctrl+n is instant, pages download fast....
Am I missing something or Firefox as broken?
What is your USE flags? |

Just don't place s* in your CFLAGS or change the browser, there're many really fast ones out there. |
