Konqueror uses too too much CPU for GIF!

At least in my computer, konqueror is almost not able to render some GIF animation. Here is an example. It is an ad. bar from one website. I finally found it's this gif heating my computer heavily.
It consumes more than 80% of my CPU power. 'top' command shows X eats 70%, and konqueror itself eats about 15% of CPU. and the picture is static.
While with firefox, both X and firefox uses less than 2% CPU.

I'm not going to watch this kind of gif. The problem is, they are ad. bar. And they are always in my favorite webpages.
