[Slicker] - Cant see anything - (Open)

Im giving a try to slicker, I tried the ebuild that are around in these forums, but, the CVS seems to be broken, I havent been able to compile the regular slicker, nor the atuin version.

Instead I have downloaded atuin from the snv repository, it compiler fine so far, runs also fine with no errors at all in a konsole session, the only problem is that I cant see anything in the screen. Although, top shows the slicker process running, so I have no clue on what is going on. I tried searching a bit here and in google, also tried the few forum entries that are in the sourceforge repository for slicker, but no clue. Almost all is outdated by many months and there is no clue at all on how to make this work, other than a link to a txt file with the compilation intructions.

Has anyone here, RECENTLY, tried the code from the svn? Any clue would be appreciated. Thanks.
