gentoo on ibm rs600

I'm about to get two old IBM RS/6000 7013 Model J50 servers. Has anybody experiences with running gentoo on that?

I don' t know anything about that machine in particular, but RS/6000 machines should generally run if they are PCI-based. If you have a MicroChannel (MCA) machine, then linux itself does not run on it. And all RS/6000 being able to run Linux are PowerPC machines, so you should perhaps go to the PPC forum, these guys should know much more than me. Only the Machines having a Power or Power2 are no PPC machines and totally unspported by linux (and MCA based)
