|
|
Hi,
I am trying to reload my wireless lan card modules in preup of the net script.
The status of the script will remain STOPPED if modprobe -r is executed, despite the network get started or not.
ie the status of the script is remained stopped even after it prints OK.
I wonder if modprobe -r modify some env variables that the script used.
Thanks! |

how are you trying to load your kernel modules on bootup?
Usually they would go in here:
/etc/modules.autoload.d/kernel-2.6 (or 2.4 if that's the case). _________________ Woof, Woof! Add "[solved]" to the title! Woof, Woof! |

it's not a startup problem.
Yet I am reloading the modules to force a proper reset on my wireless card.
Thanks anyway:) |
