gift-cvs

I was wondering, why the gift-cvs-0.10.0 is numbered. Because it currently carries the number 0.10.0, it results in that the newest cvs isn't downloaded. And thus eventually one gets behind in the version number.

I know that every package has its own number, but since this is a cvs package, I think it would make more sense to make an exception and just naming it gift-cvs, which would make cvs'ing much more flexible, and actually give sense to the cvs phenomenon under portage.
