RandR and KDE 3.1

According to the KDE 3.1 changelog, there should be a new module in the KDE Control Center for changing the Screen Resolution, but I can't find it. I suppose it uses the RandR-Extension of XFree86 4.3 (or 4.2.99.x) but even after emerging XFree86 4.2.99.4 and remerging kdebase, I can't find it. Someone got a hint for me?

As I know there is a module, Display, that allows you to configure Xfree. It's under Peripherals.

That menu merely executes "kxconfig".

It seems still under development and should come with kde 3.2. Look here.
