[forums-announce] Server switch and forum tweaks

Kabau and I have moved the forums from my server to his server, chiba. Chiba runs the rest of gentoo.org, the mailing lists, and bugs.gentoo.org. The server will perform better, and the connection will be faster. This will be the permanent home of forums.gentoo.org. Seems more appropriate, huh? Let me know if you can tell the difference.

I also have been tweaking the forums and layout as many of you may have noticed. I added some forum statistics, you can view the statistics here, or click the statistics link in the upper right-hand corner of the forums.

I'm working to add more language support to the forums too. S-mag is working on Norwegian langauge support. You can view the forums in Norwegian by changing the Language field in your profile. I'm welcome to any help and suggestions regarding other langauges.
