gtk-engines and gnome2.2rc2

hi,

nearly none of the gtk-engines are working for my gnome2.2rc2...

any ideas why?
i installed gtk-engines-xfce... and it seems to kind of work, but i'm not sure,

but i wanted to install the mist theme for example and it is not working

any ideas?

If you had them already installed in Gnome 2.0 you will have to recompile all of the engines I think. Otherwise I don't know.
