Has anyone taken a look at this?

It looks very very cool. Complements X networking abilities for audio *and* video. Has already some gtk2 tools (mp3 player, videoconferencing).
Saw it at the Gnome roundup... |

I just compiled this and it seems to work with the wav player they include. I am hoping to get it working with xmms to get some remote mp3s going. _________________ The answer |

If you just want to listen to mp3s remotely, why not stream them with something like edna http://edna.sourceforge.net/ |

I'm not sure why there is any need for this... already there is NAS, esd, aRtsd... |

This should be able to do video. Think about synchronization.
Anyway, it would be sweet if just exporting DISPLAY redirected sound. |
