|
|
Hi, i now have both hibernate (swsusp2) and suspend (sysfs-thing) working. The only problem is that the ipw2200 doesnt work after suspending (but works after hibernating). Doesnt anyone know what i can do to fix this? I have tried `modprobe -r ipw2200 && modprobe ipw2200`but that didnt help.
If i first boot up, the card works, if i then suspend and resume it doesnt work (and the light on the computer indicating that its activated doesnt light up either), but then if i hibernate and resume the card works again.
Solved
emerge acerhk (dont need to be an acer)
modprobe acerhk
echo 1 > /proc/driver/acerhk/wirelessled
that did the trick.

Please provide more information, like what version of the kernel you are using and if you use the ipw2200 driver in the >=2.6.14 kernels or the one from portage. _________________ Please provide detailed tracebacks and your emerge --info when posting compile errors.
