Does anyone have any opinions on the new postfix-2.0.2-r1 release? Right now I've gotten 1.1.11 emerged and I'm wondering if I sould update it. Will the config files be different or any other issues that I should look out for? Thanks.

I'm pretty much in the same situation and most concerned wether sasl is working or not with the new version. If someone have done the transition, please share your experiences. I'm to tired and busy right now to go ahead with this upgrade but sooner or later it will happen. _________________ /Joakim

SMTP AUTH, SASL and TLS all work with Postfix 2.x. I've been using it for nearly a month now with no problems. _________________ -David |

Hello,
you might want to give it a try
The best thing is to read the RELEASE_NOTES file at the
postfix www-site. here you will find a list of
incompatibilities, changes and features in postfix 2.0.x
Best regards
