I'm am unable to dma working on by system. I know it is capable of it as it will work off of the gentoo 1.4RC" livecd but not in my actual gentoo system.
I output the dmesg into a file from both the livecd and my gentoo system.
the seems to be a ACPI problem.
In the livecd dmesg it shows:
Code: | ACPI: Power Button (FF) [PWRF]
ACPI: Fan [FAN] (on)
ACPI: Processor [CPU0] (supports C1)
ACPI: Processor [CPU1] (supports C1)
