When I reboot on linux 2005.0 I am getting a cursor in the bottom left hand screen, which after the mouse flickers it moves to the middle bottom half of the screen and then nothing happens.

Can anyone suggest whats going on...

Regards

My lilo.conf is the same as above I use different sda layout as I have a ntfs partition but I donot setup a ram disk at this stage.

What I been told its down to having no console font installed but again we are still looking into it but any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Regards

Comment out by placing a "#" in from of root=/dev/ram0 (or remove it if you choose). Save your /etc/lilo.conf and run "lilo" at the prompt. Reboot and see what happens...
