I'm installing gentoo for amd64. I can't compile sys-lib/db-4.1.25_p1-r4, because libtool can't find g++. I am chrooted, and have installed glibc-2.3.4.20041102-r1 and gcc-3.4.3-r1.

Please help I can't install anything! :(

I have a patch file *.patch.

How do I add it an ebuild?

Put the patch in the files dir, then add this to the src_unpack part of the ebuild:

Code:
epatch ${FILESDIR}/<name-of-patch>
