For the past week I have been trying to emerge vmware-server-2.0 from the vmware overlay, but I get 404 errors from all the servers.
Is this just on my end or is there something going wrong over there? |

i too can sync, i however get a 404 error trying to emerge vmware-server

and so on for about 5 different servers until it gives up, this is immediately after syncing.
I was able to emerge vmware-modules from the overlay however... |

It looks like it may not be around on those servers anymore. You may try downloading it from vmware directly into your /usr/portage/distfiles directory... |
