[quick howto] openoffice 2.0beta on amd64

I have a 32-bit java installed, but not through portage :oops:

I used the installer off sun's site. Will I still experiance the slowdown if I emerge with +java ? Do I have to link my java somehow?

Answered my own question :wink:

I emerged it first with -java then with +java and there was a BIG difference in loading times. Can someone help me link my 32-bit java( if that is possible) so that open office knows where to look ( my java is located in /opt/jre-1.5.0_05 ) ?
