id like to be able to mount multiple filesystems into one folder on my machine for media playback.
i have an mp3 folder on a couple of drives and on other computers on my network and i have a linux machine @ my TV and stereo system. I need to find a filesystem utility of some sort to mount these all into one folder. This would need to be ReadOnly of course.
I have far to many files to store them on a single drive as that would be the easiest way. and my only other option is doing some sort of group by name deal to mount a-f,g-s,t-z or whatever in an mp3 folder but that would requrie a massive organizational overhaul.
any ideas?? |

I think you're looking voor EVMS (search )
Logical volume disk management seems to me the way to go; however I have no linux experience with this. |
