Hello Everyone,

I am triying to play JK:A using Winex 3.3 and Point2Play. I've successfully installed the game and I am able to run but with a really poor performance. The sound is extemely chopped and the response of the mouse is very slow.

Any ideas what may be the problem, or how can I start chasing away this this bug in order to enjoy this game?

I have a P3 1Ghz, 512 MB RAM, Ati Radeon 9600 Pro 128 MB, and a fully patched Gentoo stable system.

Thanks!

I played jedi outcast in wine and also had this problem. I changed the sound driver to arts in wine.conf and reduced the buffer size of the arts sound daemon.
