Sorry for this stupid problem ...

I would to see squid tree, but in error I typed emerge -e squid ...

I killed it suddenly, but now squid doesn't work (it exit due to a signal 6).

How can I re-compile all dependencies of squid with emerge?

just do emerge -e squid again.... but be prepared to wait a long time :P
