aye, when i try to connect to servers i get a " INVALLID CD_KEY "error. this just started happening a few weeks ago..everythign was fine until then. anyone know whats goin on?

Yeah, I have the same error too. It depends on the server if you're get kicked or not.
As far as I know this is a well known pb-bug. So wait and see...

naa, its not kickin me. its just that sometimes it can take almost 20 tries b4 i can connect to a server

nah it's not a pb one, it's an id one

Type /timescale 100 in the console when it says invalid cdkey, wait a few seconds and it should let you connect to the server

It's katakana, I just typed it normally (using cannaserver, kinput2 & phoenix) in the location box.
Inputing japanese text on a western linux environment is a PITA though.

So, did the /timescale 100 work for you?

ya, it worked. it retries to connect so fast that i only had to wait a few sec's or so. thanx
