make xconfig - what do I need to install?

When I run make xconfig to re-do my kernel, I get an error about wish not being found. Searching for it with "emerge -s wish" finds nothing.

I really want my GUI kernel config (and make menuconfig doesn't cut it). Please tell me what packages I need to have installed to be able to do this. Thanks.
