I moved /home to a reiser4 fs, so I compiled 2.6.12-rc2 with the mm patch. The kernel compiles cleanly and boots fine, but now the ati-drivers won't work.

Here's the output when merging ati-drivers-8.12.10:

Anyone please? I'm having a really hard time trying different things, same results. Maybe a specific patch for the agpgart_be.c errors?

I couldn't get the ati-drivers to compile on any of the patched 2.6.11 kernels (except gentoo-dev-sources). I got a similar error, IIRC.

Try the CKO patches. I use Reiser4 for all my partitions (but boot), and I use ATI's drivers. Link: http://kem.p.lodz.pl/~peter/cko/
