Where can i find program icons

Where can i find icons. I'm setting up a sys with idesk and fluxbox. It appears that no apps installed icons. where can i find icons online?
the apps i need atm are phoenix, opera, abiword, gaim, sylpheed, xmms.

kde-look has some icons. You can also try here. Also try art.gnome.org. Don't know of any other sites, though I'm interested to know as well.

I had the same problem, the best icon pack i found was at kde-look.org the actual download is

it has the best osx icons i have ever seen

at a variety of resalutions they are all PNG with an alpha channel. if you would like a diffrent style try kde-look.org
