I tried emerge -u world but during emerge of gcc the xbox freeze.

its an upgrade from gcc-3.4.4-r1 > gcc-3.3.5-r1

does any have a solution to this.

Just a guess... But trying again (maybe with emerge -uvD world)?

tried 3 times with same result every time...

Code:

emerge --sync
emerge -uvD world


still freezing at sys-devil/gcc-3.3.5-r1 ... :cry:

checking my RAM module I realized that my MBO memory socket one was damaged... moved RAM module to socket two which solved my problem...
