alsa alc850 (solved)

Hi!

I got following problem. I run a nforce3 mainboard with an alc850 sounchip (realtech). I read it should work with the intel8x0 driver. I tried an the sound is working for gnome gaim. But some other programs have problems. I found that the /dev/dsp is missing and the directory /dev/sound is empty. How is this working?

I found the problem by myself. I forgot to build the oss-emulation for alsa into the kernel.
