This is probably something whacked on my system, but I've noticed something odd in Waimea. I am unable to use any style that uses png files as menu items.
I am able to set backgrounds perfectly fine from png files, using Esetroot. Every time I try to use a style that uses png files in the titlebar, or buttons, the title bar is white, and the buttons are just outlines. Its really hard to describe, but its been bugging me for a while.
Has anyone else ever seen this behavior? |

I'm runnig .40 (the latest). I wonder if I'm missing a program to display the png files correctly. Thats the only thing I can think of. |

do you have libpng installed? _________________ "You know the world is going crazy when the best rapper is a white guy, the best golfer is a black guy, the Swiss hold the America's cup, France accusing the US of arrogance and Germany doesn't want to go to war." |

Hm, i just tried, styles with png's work perfectly fine for me, with both 0.4 and the cvs version. (tried with QNX style)
so just some guesses..
are the paths to the png's correctly set in the style files?
does anything unusual appear in .xsession-errors?
you could try to remerge imlib2, libpng and waimea and see what happens. |

I can now use png enabled styles. WooHoo!!
