各位大侠：
小弟现在已经装好了Gentoo，但是我又不想装lilo，我想通过windows来启动Gentoo，不知道应该怎么做，请指教！谢谢 |

你还是需要安装 lilo 或 grub ，这样才能利用 NT loader 启动 gentoo。
如果你机器有两个硬盘的话，可以这样解决，安装 lilo 或 grub 到 /dev/hdb or /dev/sdb 。这里假定 lilo 安装到了 /dev/hdb，/mnt/winxp 为你的 windows 根目录， 运行命令：
| Code: | | dd if=/dev/hdb of=/mnt/winxp/gentoo.lin count=1 bs=512 |
添加一个语句到 /mnt/winxp/boot.ini
| Code: | | echo "c:\\gentoo.lin=\"gentoo\"" >> /mnt/winxp/boot.ini |
如果你是一个硬盘的话，类似，安装 lilo 或 grub 到 /dev/hda[1-9]，也就是你安装 gentoo 的那个区。

请问，我setup grub的时候，应该把grub安装于哪一个linux的分区里面？
/boot?
/?
or anywhere?
我记得装fc4的时候好像是装在了/boot里面吧, gentoo也是吗？
