Hello,

first I want to wish all of you a Merry X-mas !

second: my problem.
When running a kde-application, which uses for example a kde's file-dialog or kio-slave this message apears:

pmap_getmaps RPC problem: RPC: timeout

After a half minute, the application starts and runs fine.

I have searched the forum and the web, but couldn't find anything. Any suggestion ?
